Refund Policy

At FR Vape, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy for details on how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on e-liquids, disposable vapes, or any opened items.

  • Receipt/Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.


2. How to Request a Return

If your item meets the return eligibility requirements, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and, if eligible, send you a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered safely.

  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.


3. Refunds

  • Full Refund: If your return is approved, we will issue a refund for the full price of the item(s) returned. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

  • Partial Refund: In some cases, we may offer a partial refund if the item shows signs of damage or use, but it is still eligible for return.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Please note that we do not offer refunds for:

    • E-liquids (if opened)

    • Disposable vapes

    • Sale or clearance items

    • Gift cards


4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for another product, please contact us at [email protected]. Exchanges are allowed for unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order. Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will:

  • Provide a free return shipping label.

  • Offer a replacement or full refund depending on availability.

  • In the case of defective items, we may request a photo of the damage for verification.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check the following:

  • Bank or Credit Card Processing Time: Refunds may take several business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Contact Us: If you still haven’t received your refund after the processing time has passed, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.


7. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order is processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you can follow the return procedure once you receive the item.
