1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or returns are accepted if your order meets one of the following conditions:

  • Defective or damaged items

  • Wrong items delivered

  • Missing items from your order

Requests must be submitted within 7 днів of delivery.


2. Non-Eligible Items

  • Opened or used vape products (unless defective)

  • Damage caused by misuse or unauthorized modifications

  • Clearance or final sale items

For hygiene and safety, opened or used vapes cannot be returned unless defective.


3. How to Request a Refund

    • Order number

    • Description of the problem

Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and provide instructions.


4. Return Shipping

  • Defective or incorrect items → We cover the return shipping cost

  • Non-quality related returns → Customer is responsible for shipping

Return items should be in original packaging whenever possible.


5. Refund Processing

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment

  • If your order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible

7. Lost or Damaged Packages
